This unique hotel offers a choice of 31 luxuriously appointed suites overlooking the vineyards, offer exclusive standards of accommodation and décor where guests will be able to unwind and enjoy the tranquility and serenity of this stunning location, matched only by high standards of service and accommodation. It boasts a quaint hillside location with intricate paths leading you through mature gardens, full of vibrant exotic blooms and pine trees to the luxurious Wine Spa located on the edge of the vineyards, offering a complete range of wine treatments for Mind, Body and Soul including Vino Therapy inspired and traditional treatments, a spectacular Wine Bath, Heated Pool, Hamam and fully equipped Gym. The hotel’s A-La-Carte Chef restaurant is located in the main building and is where guests will experience new flavours and creative cuisine where our internationally acclaimed chef, will provide guests with a fine dining experience from a varied selection of tastes from around the world.

 

A unique experience is available to all guests staying at Gillham Vineyard Hotel as they will have access to all the facilities offered on the estate, this includes wine tastings, wine tours and access to the stunning wine bar where guests will be able to relax, and enjoy the gastronomical delights that Gillham’s Wine bar has to offer, watch the sunset over the vineyards with a glass of their chosen vintage, whilst the sound of music plays in the background.

 

Accommodation: All Gillham Suites are non-smoking and provide luxury standard accommodation all en-suite with air-conditioning/heating, mini-bar, safety deposit box, wireless internet service, Esprsesso machine, tea and coffee making facilities, IPTV, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.

 

Beaujolais Suites: Set in the pine clad mountains with views down to the coastline, these rooms provide all the facilities expected from executive travellers worldwide.

 

Rosé Suites: Located on the edge of the vineyards and offer a cool and contemporary design with magnificent views of the vineyards and down to the Mediterranean Sea. These suites have either a large balcony or terrace.

 

White Suites: The single storey White Suites reflect the spirit of classic white wine with its pure and unique personality. Each suite has a private garden terrace with a landscape view across the pine clad mountains.

 

Red Suites: Magnificent bungalows surrounded by unparalleled views of the Mediterranean coast where guests may immerse themselves in the spirit of the vineyard. Each suite has a Jacuzzi Bath within the en-suite and benefits also from a large terrace located on the edge of the vineyards.

 

Sparkling Suite: The Sparkling Suite is one of a kind, presidential suite representing the best of the best for what the boutique hotel has to offer, located on the edge of the vineyards; the Sparkling Suite has its own Jacuzzi bath plus a large balcony with hot tub affording uninterrupted panoramic views.

 

Food and Beverage:

Board Basis is Bed & Breakfast with the option to upgrade to Half Board for a supplement.

Breakfast and Dinner is served in the hotel’s Chef Restaurant.

Breakfast is a la carte.

Lunch and Dinner can also be taken at the stunning Wine Bar.
